1. About Future Lease 4 U

Future Lease 4 U Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16244924 at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We arrange vehicle leasing, car finance introductions, vehicle sourcing and vehicle purchase enquiries. For finance, we act as a credit broker and not a lender.

2. Website information

Website content is general information. Vehicle stock, prices, specifications, initial payments, mileage allowances, delivery times and service inclusions can change. A vehicle is not reserved and no agreement exists until the relevant written documentation and required steps are completed.

The live Google review rating and count shown on the homepage are Google Maps content. Their display and use are subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The score links to the official business profile so you can check the source directly.

3. Eligibility and checks

Applicants must meet the requirements for the selected product and supplier. These may include age, UK residency, driving licence, identity, address, affordability and document checks. A no-credit-check leasing enquiry is not guaranteed approval.

Car finance is a separate service and is subject to lender credit checks, affordability checks, status, vehicle rules and approval.

4. Vehicle quotations and agreements

Before proceeding, check the vehicle identity and specification, monthly payment, initial payment, term, mileage allowance, excess mileage rate, included services, insurance responsibility, deposit, fees, delivery arrangements and end-of-agreement obligations. Your signed agreement contains the binding terms.

5. £150 processing fee

If your application is approved and you choose to proceed, a one-off £150 processing fee is payable to open your account and begin securing your vehicle. It is separate from the initial rental, deposit, monthly rental, insurance and delivery unless confirmed in writing. Payment does not guarantee a specific vehicle. Once processing or vehicle-securing work has begun, the fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Payments

Processing-fee invoices are issued after approval and use the customer's FL4U application reference as the bank-transfer reference. Pay only to bank details shown on the official Future Lease 4 U invoice page and check the account name before sending money. Monthly and initial payments must be paid as required by the applicable agreement. Late, rejected or missed payments may result in charges or further action under that agreement.

7. Vehicle use and condition

The customer must insure and use the vehicle lawfully, follow the mileage and maintenance requirements, protect it from loss or damage and return it in the condition required by the agreement, allowing for fair wear and tear. Damage, missing items, tyres, fines, excess mileage and other exclusions may be chargeable.

8. Availability and delivery

Vehicle availability and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will communicate material changes and explain the available next steps.

9. Vehicle valuations and sourcing

Vehicle valuations are subject to inspection, history and ownership checks. Sourcing requests do not guarantee that a particular vehicle, price or timescale will be available.

10. Referrals

Any referral reward is subject to the referred customer identifying the referrer, successfully completing an eligible agreement and satisfying the promotion terms in force at that time. Rewards are not payable for cancelled, fraudulent or duplicate referrals.

11. Complaints

Please use our complaints procedure or email admin@futurelease4u.co.uk. External escalation rights, if applicable to the product or supplier, will be explained in our response.
