Service guide
Lease
Use a vehicle for an agreed short term and return it under the written lease terms. It is not a route to ownership.
- Terms
- Advertised lease options include 3–12 month terms. Confirm the exact term, monthly mileage, excess-mileage rate and inclusions on the offer.
- Costs and fees
- Compare the monthly rental, first rental, refundable security deposit if required, and the £150 processing fee. The fee is payable after approval if you choose to proceed. Insurance and other exclusions must be checked on the written offer.
- Eligibility
- The initial enquiry does not use a traditional credit-score assessment. The team still reviews your circumstances, licence, affordability, supplier criteria and vehicle availability.
- Documents
- A full UK driving licence, proof of address, DVLA share code and National Insurance number are requested during the secure lease journey. Further evidence may be needed.

Finance
HP and PCP are separate from the short-term lease service. A lender decides whether finance and a particular vehicle are eligible.
- Terms
- HP generally leads to ownership after all payments and any option fee. PCP can include an optional final payment and mileage and return conditions. Check the lender agreement for the exact term and APR.
- Costs and fees
- A finance illustration must show the cash price, deposit, monthly repayments, APR, total payable, any fees and, for PCP, the optional final payment. A dealer advert price is not a finance quote.
- Eligibility
- Lender credit checks, affordability, status and vehicle rules apply. Approval and the final deposit and APR cannot be promised before a lender decision.
- Documents
- The lender may ask for proof of identity, address, income and bank details. The finance team will tell you what is needed for your application.

Sell
Start with an online valuation and a reference. Any estimate remains provisional until vehicle history, condition and the final offer are agreed.
- Terms
- Provide accurate vehicle details and be ready for a history and condition review. Accepting a provisional price does not itself complete a sale.
- Costs and fees
- The online breakdown shows the indicative value, adjustments, any declared finance settlement and an estimated amount payable to you. It currently shows £0 Future Lease 4 U seller fees in that calculation.
- Eligibility
- A final purchase depends on the vehicle, ownership, history, condition and any outstanding finance. The team may need to review a vehicle before confirming a price.
- Documents
- Have the registration, mileage and service history ready. The team will explain the ownership, identity and finance-settlement evidence required before completion.

Source
Send a specific advert or describe the vehicle you need. A request starts a search; it does not reserve a vehicle.
- Terms
- Share your preferred vehicle, budget, location and timing. The team checks availability and suitability, then discusses a lease or finance route that fits the request.
- Costs and fees
- An advert price is a starting point. Ask for the full lease breakdown or a lender finance illustration, including deposit, fees, term, mileage and any delivery charge, before proceeding.
- Eligibility
- The route determines the checks. A finance request remains subject to lender credit, affordability and vehicle criteria; a lease request follows the separate lease review.
- Documents
- An advert link or vehicle description and your contact details are enough to start. Any application documents are requested securely after the team agrees the next step.
