After approval, the £150 processing fee starts securing the vehicle agreed with you and the process of putting you in that vehicle. It covers account setup, document checks, supplier liaison and preparation for your agreement and handover. We confirm the selected vehicle and its reservation in writing. If a supplier has not yet confirmed it, securing the vehicle is still in progress; payment alone is not a confirmed reservation or delivery date. The fee is separate from the initial rental, security deposit, monthly rental, insurance and delivery unless your written offer says otherwise.
