Application notifications
Get a private reminder when your application progress changes. Notifications contain no names, references or financial details. Opening an update takes you to the secure status page.
On iPhone or iPad, install the app on your home screen and reopen it there (iOS 16.4 or later). On Android, use a browser that supports notifications.
Optional service updates only; no marketing alerts. Up to five devices per application. Delivery depends on your connection and phone settings.
Finish the real-phone check
- Close the app, then open it from its home-screen icon.
- Open lease vehicles and check a vehicle page.
- Open your application using your reference and email. Enable notifications there if you want updates.
- Send a test notification, lock your phone and confirm it appears. Tap it and check that the app opens.
- For the offline check, turn on airplane mode and open a new page. You should see the offline message. Reconnect before continuing.
No test is marked complete until you check the result on your device.
