After verifying the request, we will close the website My Account login, end its active sessions and remove account-only information that we are not legally required to retain.
Vehicle shortlists saved only inside the native app stay on that phone until you remove them in the Saved screen or uninstall the app. Optional native-app analytics can be removed immediately from My FL4U by choosing Turn off and remove app analytics.
Closing My Account does not cancel an application, finance or lease agreement, vehicle order, payment, complaint or legal obligation. We may retain application, agreement, transaction, fraud-prevention, complaint, accounting and regulatory records for the period required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We will explain any information that must be retained when we complete the request. You can also ask to access, correct, restrict or object to the use of your information under the rights described in our privacy policy.
