Welcome to Future Lease 4 U. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility  

To lease a vehicle with us, you must:  

Be at least 18 years old  

Hold a full, valid UK driving licence (maximum 9 points)  

Provide a recent utility bill (dated within the last 3 months) as proof of address  

Provide your last 3 months’ bank statements  

Supply a DVLA share code for licence verification

3. Lease Terms  

Lease durations range from 3 to 12 months.  

All leases include road tax, MOT, and servicing.  

Customers are responsible for insuring the vehicle in their own name.  

A one-time, non-refundable admin fee is payable before lease commencement.  

An initial payment may be required, as stated in your agreement.  

Monthly payments must be made on time and in full.

4. Mileage & Vehicle Use  

Standard mileage allowance is 1,200 miles per month. Excess mileage is charged at £0.29 per mile.  

The vehicle must be returned in good condition, allowing for fair wear and tear.  

Any damage, excessive wear, or missing items may result in additional charges.

5. Early Termination & Renewal  

No early termination fees apply.  

You may renew or upgrade your lease at the end of your term, subject to approval and availability.

6. Default & Repossession  

Failure to make payments or breach of agreement may result in vehicle repossession.  

Customers are liable for any outstanding contract balance in the event of default.

7. Refund Policy  

The admin fee is non-refundable except where Future Lease 4 U cannot provide a suitable vehicle as agreed.  

Initial payments and monthly lease fees are non-refundable once the lease has commenced.  

If your application is unsuccessful and no vehicle is provided, any advance payments (excluding the admin fee) will be refunded in full within 7 working days.

8. Complaints & Procedures  

We are committed to providing excellent customer service. If you have a complaint:

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 3–5 working days.  

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request further review by a manager.  

All complaints are handled confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Cookies Policy  

Our website uses cookies to analyse traffic and optimise user experience.

10. Referral Terms  

We offer a £150 reward for every successful referral of a new customer who completes a lease agreement.  

To qualify, the referred customer must mention your name at the time of application and complete their lease.  

Referral rewards are paid within 30 days of the new customer’s lease start date.  

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.  

Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

11. Data Protection & Privacy  

All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.  

We use your information to process applications, manage agreements, and improve our services.

12. Website Use  

Content on this website is for information purposes only and may be subject to change.  

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

13. Limitation of Liability  

Future Lease 4 U is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our vehicles or services, except as required by law.

14. Changes to Terms  

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
